How does the work happen?

After successful registration and payment of the order with your chosen services, our manager will promptly contact you. He will receive from you the original photos, as well as clarify your wishes, which will be transferred to our experienced professionals for further processing.

Once the photos have been processed, our experts contact you to deliver the finished images or if adjustments need to be made.

I didn't like the result of the work

The most important principle of our work is an individual approach to each client. We realize that photo processing is a matter of taste, that's why we have no limitations and provide edits within the original assignment free of charge. This means that if you do not like something in the finished work, we are ready to make the necessary adjustments or rework. Our goal is to satisfy you with the result to the fullest.

Payment for services

Payment for our services is made by selecting the appropriate service for you in the "Services" section and then paying in any convenient way.

In what form will I receive the finished work?

Once your photos have been finalized, the finished work will be sent to you electronically. This format is discussed with you in advance to meet all your preferences and requirements.

How will communication with the master be handled?
